I'll get a chance to share that with you all soon enough.
For now, I want to thank the many, many people who made this accomplishment possible - and a very special thank you to the friendly faces I saw along the way and much appreciation to those to jumped in a ran a few steps with me.
I felt better than I expected to along the way and as I crossed the Finish Line - 4:47:38 later. Notice my smile at mile 26.2 in this pic?
In fact, I feel pretty darn good today, too. I really couldn't ask for anything more. Still, I'm glad I planned a couple of days off and a mini-vacation to the North Country to relax and celebrate.
Here are a few snapshots from the Finish Line.

You're awesome. Congratulations. -- Dan

Hooray!!! You did it. Not that i doubted it for a second. Granny reminded me how much Grandad would have enjoyed seeing you run. He ran long distances all the time and loved running. I guess it is in your genes. We are all very proud of you. Mom
